Goal Keeping

"A goal properly set is halfway reached."

My two big new years resolutions (among many more)

included these things:

1) Keeping my nails nice and long. 

Also known as.. no biting.

2) Less distracting and negative media

Also known as.. no PG-13 movies.

And guess what. 

For exactly 60 days, I have been keeping these goals!!!

Congrats for me!!! Whoot!

Finger my Nails

The Dear Ms.Brookie helped me discover the coolest thing ever!

Newspaper nails!

It's the easiest thing ever and super fun!

1) Paint fingernails a base color - usually a light color

2) Wait for them to dry

3) Cut out strips from a magazine or newspaper of small printed words

4) Dip your fingernail into rubbing alcohol 

5) You can also dip the magazine or newspaper in the alcohol as well

6) Press words onto fingernail for 10-30 seconds (depending on darkness)

7) Slowly peel off paper

8) Finish all nails before painting a clear color over all nails

9) Wait for it to dry

10) SHOW EVERYONE!!!
